Our team consists of a group of high-performing, driven individuals who are all entrepreneurial in their outlook with a vested interest in our company’s success. We’re looking to add an experienced account executive to manage the Midwest to our team as we move to the next phase of growth as a company.

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial sales professional with 5+ years experience
  • Have a track record of exceeding sales goals and managing your own pipeline
  • Background and enthusiasm for EdTech and SaaS companies
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships with key stakeholders (including C-Suite) in the K-12 market
  • Personable, driven, gritty, resilient, competitive, and empathetic
  • Excited about demo-ing new technology and working for a mission-driven company

Job Responsibilities 

  • Prospect “new” business – a true “hunter” role
  • Build relationships with school level to C-level district leaders in the Midwest
  • Manage and grow pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Work through sales process from qualification to close
  • Successfully communicate value proposition throughout sales process
  • Deliver a successful technology demo
  • Timely customer follow-up and data entry in CRM
  • Conduct strategy for effective outreach initiative for growth


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • High performer with at least 5 years of sales experience (SaaS + previous hunter role preferred)
  • Executive presentation skills in selling software
  • Able to work closely with a Sales Development Representative for sales growth 
  • Has worked cross functionally with CS, Support, Product and SDR teams previously
  • Has used CRM and other sales enablement tools
  • Proficient use of computer software, specifically sales planning, forecasting, and tracking tools, CRMs and Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
