PikMyKid is looking to hire a Revenue Operations Manager to focus on driving revenue growth via operational efficiency. The individual will provide governance and oversee software selection to implementation, to ensure organizational fit to the needs of sales marketing, and customer success, along with governance and use of CRM and business processes.  This person will be a key contributor to building a team that can be the central point and higher-level support for Sales enablement, customer information and focuses on customer acquisition, churns, satisfaction, and other customer-centric metrics.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities
    • Own the management and integration of PikMyKid’s Go-To-Market (Marketing, Sales, Post-Sales) data and systems and work with leaders and frontline teams to drive quality and accuracy of data (e.g., through hygiene and behavior)
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand systems requirements to determine the best ways to update these systems, accounting for historical changes, integrations, future needs, etc.
    • Support continuous management of frontline teams through dashboards and standard reporting e.g., weighted pipeline reporting for Sales, funnel conversion for Marketing, and renewal status for Post-Sales / Customer Success, to name a few
    • Inform long-term decision-making and planning of senior leadership by creating ad-hoc reports and analysis that provide clarity and insights into business performance and trajectory
    • Drive collaboration and communication between Go-To-Market teams

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant  experience, with minimum 3 years in K12 SaaS startup or similar industry
  • Background / Experience
    • An enthusiast for using data- and metric-driven methods to create visibility and insights
    • Moderate to high familiarity with owning/configuring Go-to-Market systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MixMax, Monday, Acuity, Freshdesk, Gsuite, Zapier, Integrate)
    • At least 3 years of Revenue Operations or similar experience; Marketing Operations and/or Salesforce Administration experience a plus
    • Strong execution skills, includes attention to detail and commitment to consistently meeting timelines and operating with a sense of urgency
    • Energized by:
      • Using data- and analysis to measure support business functions
      • Having a voice in strategic conversations with multiple parts of the business
      • Learning about new systems and tools to improve the productivity of team members

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior EdTech or B2B SaaS industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Project Management tools, PowerBI/ Tableau
