PikMyKid is a fully-funded education technology company based in Tampa, Florida and the gold standard in school dismissal software. Our team consists of a group of high-performing, driven individuals who are all entrepreneurial in their outlook with a vested interest in our company’s success. We’re looking to add an experienced account executive to manage Texas to our team as we move to the next phase of growth as a company.

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial sales professional with 5+ years experience
  • Have a track record of exceeding sales goals and managing your own pipeline
  • Background and enthusiasm for EdTech and SaaS companies
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships with key stakeholders (including C-Suite) in the K-12 market
  • Personable, driven, gritty, resilient, competitive, and empathetic
  • Excited about demo-ing new technology and working for a mission-driven company

Job Responsibilities 

  • Prospect “new” business – a true “hunter” role
  • Build relationships with school level to C-level district leaders in Texas
  • Manage and grow pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Work through sales process from qualification to close
  • Successfully communicate value proposition throughout sales process
  • Deliver a successful technology demo
  • Timely customer follow-up and data entry in CRM
  • Conduct strategy for effective outreach initiative for growth


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • High performer with at least 5 years of sales experience (SaaS + previous hunter role preferred)
  • Executive presentation skills in selling software
  • Able to work closely with a Sales Development Representative for sales growth 
  • Has worked cross functionally with CS, Support, Product and SDR teams previously
  • Has used CRM and other sales enablement tools
  • Proficient use of computer software, specifically sales planning, forecasting, and tracking tools, CRMs and Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
