Messenger Service
Did you know that the PikMyKid platform allows you to instantly communicate with the parents of your choice through your portal via our messenger service? Our messenger service is a great tool for schools to send real-time, no cost, push notifications to parents. They may inform about dismissal updates (e.g., a bus running late, dismissal time change, etc.), homework and assignments, emergency situations (e.g., school lockdown, natural disasters, etc.) and many other things!
The messenger service is in the tools section on the lefthand menu. You may select the parents by grade, bus route, pickup mode, after-school program, teacher, or select students with the “child” option. If you would like to select all children from the mode you choose, select the square as shown in the picture. Then click write message.
