Pikmykid is a fully-funded education technology company based in Tampa, Florida and the gold standard in school dismissal software. Our team consists of a group of high-performing, driven individuals who are all entrepreneurial in their outlook with a vested interest in our company’s success. We’re looking to add an experienced account executive to our team as we move to the next phase of growth as a company.
Who you are
- Previous experience as a sales development rep or inside sales administrator
- You enjoy teamwork, new tech, and assisting sales teams in a variety of ways
- A great communicator that can work with different team members and prospects
- Confident and determined – not deterred by cold calling prospects at all K-12 levels
- Excited by qualifying opportunities and communicating with prospects through outbound and inbound activities
- Able to prioritize and ensure you have followed through and completed the many different tasks throughout your day
- Mission-driven: you enjoy sharing the value technology can bring to people’s lives
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and marketing to execute on demand generation
- Work to qualify all inbound leads and conduct outbound research + outreach
- Provide follow-up information to prospective schools via phone calls and email
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate product demos and determine prospecting opportunities
- Ensure sales accepted opportunities from your efforts map to company qualified targets, and that AEs have enough opportunities to work to be fully productive
- Work within a CRM system and update data in real-time
- Develop follow up methods that improve sales team efficiency
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline qualified leads
- Able to prioritize, target, and follow through on outreach + inbound activities
- Awareness of industry trends and ability to develop persona-based messaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Flexible and willing to try new things (entrepreneurial mindset)
- Willingness to learn on your own and share knowledge with others
- Able to work independently and respond quickly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office Suite, CRM (Zoho) a big plus
