Healthy Fruit Popsicles

Both kids and parents agree on this nutritious hydrating cool recipe.Ideal to keep them busy in the kitchen, make sure they are eating the right thing and having fun while doing so!

For a green Layer:

  • 1 Handful spinach
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • ¼ yogurt +⅓ water

For a blue layer:

  • 1 table spoon blue spirulina
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ⅓ water

For a white layer:

  • ½ cup white grape juice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ⅓ water

For an orange layer:

  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • ¼ cup of orange
  • ¼ cup of yogurt
  • ⅓ water

For a red layer:

  • ⅓ cup of frozen strawberries
  • ⅓ cup of frozen raspberries
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • ⅓ cup of water

Directions:

  1. Place each set of fruits with each other in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour each mix into a popsicle mold, one layer at a time
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks
  5. Freeze for 30 mins
